At Connor, quality is embedded across every stage of our operations—from design validation and material selection to tooling, production, and inspection. All global sites are ISO 9001 certified, with IATF 16949 accreditation for automotive programs, and select facilities also certified to ISO 14001. We are well-versed in meeting Germany’s VDA 6.3 requirements, supporting our customers with process documentation, audit readiness, and zero-defect expectations.
Our vertically integrated quality infrastructure includes inline SPC/CPK control, real-time metrology, automated CCD visual inspection, and a wide array of functional and electrical testing. For EV components such as busbars, we also conduct high-voltage insulation checks, plating thickness analysis, and environmental tests like salt spray and ROHS compliance. When needed, we perform destructive testing to validate weld joint strength and bonding integrity—ensuring long-term reliability under thermal and mechanical stress.
