We manufacture custom stamped components through coining, deep drawing, and four slide stamping. Our specialization lies in precisely stamping miniature components from thin gauge metal sheets. With the ability to achieve tight tolerances of +/- 0.001", we can produce components that conform to ANSI, Mil-Spec, and ASTM standards.

We have multiple stamping presses with tonnages ranging from 20 to 400 tons. With production capacities of up to 1,500 stampings per minute, we accommodate both prototyping and high volume production runs. Metal components with thicknesses up to 0.060" can be produced by us. Materials we work with are aluminum, copper, carbon steel, as well as exotic metals such as Inconel and titanium.

Secondary operations for manufactured components include plating, welding, assembly operations, and packaging. We have supplied stamped components such as internal antenna, contacts, and RF shields to the electronics and telecommunication industries.
