3. Max Part Weight: 400 lbs/182 KG (depending on complexity and weld fixturing weight)
4. Max Part Size: 55” X 46” / 140cm X 117cm
The primary benefit of the robotic welder is that it allows Connor to increases productivity in welding of large and high volume parts. For example, our productivity on the Lift Eye is estimated to increase by 250% over the manual weld process.
The robot can be programmed to run multiple part numbers during one cycle. This allows Connor greater flexibility in job lot size.
To maximize the benefits of the machine the business opportunity should be high volume production greater than 400 pieces per manufacturing lot or large parts like the Lift Eye requiring a high amount of welding time.
