|
Connor has served the Heavy Truck market for over 35 years. We can work with heavy gauge materials up to .500" thick and we complement this operation with comprehensive in-house value-added solutions. In-house capabilities include: Welding: Traditional MIG, TIG, Spot Welding and Robotic Welding. Mechanical Assembly.
Our most recently added LASER cutting systems capabilities reduce manufacturing cost by eliminating traditional manufacturing sequences applied to the Heavy Trucking industry. The LASER repeatability capabilities allow for higher accuracy and quality parts resulting in a decrease in outside processing (cleaning, deburring). Furthermore, the nearly limitless design and production capability of the LASER affords our customers, especially those in Heavy Trucking, zero expenditures on tooling, reducing the risk on prototyped parts and allowing for inexpensive revisions.
